To publicize your event on the GAC Website, you should contact Jeff Lesniak, the GAC Webmaster, at jeff@jefflesniak.com. If I don't hear from you, the only information I'll have for the site is the basic schedule and credits. (If your event was not included in the season brochure, I might not even have that!)

Please make sure I receive the information at least a week before you'd like it to be on the site, and please edit your material before submitting it - do not wait until it's posted on the website to notice, for instance, that your show times are incorrect!

If you provide text that can be placed directly on the website, your event will go up much faster than if I have to convert your flyer or press release into a paragraph suitable for the site. Word Docs are not a preferred format.

If you have photos or graphics for your production, please provide at least one of the following formats, in order from best to worst:

JPEG and GIF computer files that are ready for the Web (only if you have experience with an established website and take the time to review the GAC website for how graphics are used in other productions).
TIFF, PNG, and EPS computer files
Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop computer files
Microsoft Word or PowerPoint computer files
Paper copies are a last resort, and will result in the lowest quality. (This is especially true of color images.) Make sure you send the cleanest, sharpest paper copy you can get. If you have a publicity postcard, please mail it in an envelope, for any mark, wrinkle, or blemish contributed by the postal service will be included when I scan it.

Do not send Adobe Acrobat PDF files unless you want to make the file available for download exactly as you send it. PDF files are nearly useless for adding graphics to the website (and if they are derived from a scan, they're useless for text as well).

If you have another format you'd like to discuss, let me know. I can accept computer files over email to jeff@jefflesniak.com with the files or arrange another method to get them to me.
